Balancing machines – horizontal axis

Suitable for balancing rotors having a certain axial length and a weight between 10 g up to 50.000 kg.

 

The transmission of the power, necessary for the rotation of the rotor to be balanced, is obtained mainly by two driving systems: belt drive and cardan drive.

 

The two driving types can be combined in the same machine so increasing considerably the operating range and the machine convenience.

 

All the machines in the PHQ.PHW series have hard bearings. They have the possibility to calibrate its setting immediately considering only the rotor dimensions. In fact, once you have chosen the correction planes, all you have to set on the machine are distances of these planes from their respective pedestals, the distances between the planes and the correction diameters.
 

 

Balancing machines – vertical axis
 

Suitable for balancing rotors having reduced axial length as regards the diameter, with or without its own shaft. The vertical axis balancing machines can be realized for the measurement and the correction of rotors on one plane only or on two planes and with a weight from few grams up to 200 kg. When choosing a vertical balancing machine, special care should be taken with the device (an adaptor or a tool) used to fix the rotor to the machine: it must be practical and fast to use, but above all accurate. In every case, all Jp Balancing instruments have automatic eccentricity correction systems.
