Exhibited Machine: Machine Tool Spindle Balancing Machine PHQ-160Z

This machine is mainly used to measure the imbalance of machine tool spindles, thereby performing dynamic balancing correction to improve the mass distribution of the spindle, reduce vibration, improve equipment performance, and extend service life.

It adopts a Jianping electrical measurement system, offering diverse measurement methods. It provides dynamic and static balancing, with up to 10 support methods. Weight addition and removal, forward and reverse rotation can be flexibly customized. It employs multiple calibration coefficient combinations, automatically adjusting system sensitivity, ensuring smooth gear shifting, dual hardware and software filtering, data compression, and stable measurement.

PHT-160 Spindle Running-in Table: This table is used for the running-in of spindles and monitoring their status during the process, primarily focusing on the temperature of each bearing.

This equipment uses a variable frequency motor to drive the spindle via a belt. It can achieve multi-speed automatic running-in, with customizable speed and time for each segment. During running-in, it monitors the temperature of each sensor, displays it in real time, and generates curves to monitor temperature changes throughout the entire process. It alarms when the temperature is too high or a sensor disconnects, automatically reducing the speed or stopping the machine. It has running-in recording and curve printing functions. An additional drive motor temperature monitoring and alarm function is included.

Machine Tool Power Motor Balancing Machine: This machine is specifically designed for testing the dynamic balance of motor spindles. By measuring the imbalance of the rotating shaft, it takes corresponding measures to adjust the mass distribution of the shaft, thereby achieving shaft balance. This effectively reduces spindle and bearing vibration, lowers spindle temperature rise, and extends the lifespan of spindle bearings.

DM-4 Field Balancing Instrument: This instrument is suitable for on-site dynamic balancing testing of rotating workpieces such as large fans, impellers, and machine tool spindles.
